Our “domača” (local) home made food is the result of a great passion for cooking and the love of the Karst of chef Tom Oberdan.
Always a keen cook, Tom prefers and makes extensive use of genuine and seasonal products, especially dishes related to the territory. Pasta, bread and home made desserts, grilled meat, with which Tom expresses himself and his passion. A joy of simple and genuine flavors.
